Primary bathroom renovation. **Window glass was frosted after most photos were taken, but had been done before this photo.** Window frosted to 2/3 height for privacy, but allowing plenty of light and a beautiful sky and tree top view. Navy, gray, and black are balanced by crisp whites and light wood tones. Eclectic mix of geometric shapes and organic patterns. Featuring 3D porcelain tile from Italy, hand-carved geometric tribal pattern in vanity's cabinet doors, hand-finished industrial-style navy/charcoal 24x24" wall tiles, and oversized 24x48" porcelain HD printed marble patterned wall tiles. Flooring in waterproof LVP, continued from bedroom into bathroom and closet. Brushed gold faucets and shower fixtures. Authentic, hand-pierced Moroccan globe light over tub for beautiful shadows for relaxing and romantic soaks in the tub. Vanity pendant lights with handmade glass, hand-finished gold and silver tones layers organic design over geometric tile backdrop. Open, glass panel all-tile shower with 48x48" window (glass frosted after photos were taken). Shower pan tile pattern matches 3D tile pattern. Arched medicine cabinet from West Elm. Separate toilet room with sound dampening built-in wall treatment for enhanced privacy. Frosted glass doors throughout. Vent fan with integrated heat option. Tall storage cabinet for additional space to store body care products and other bathroom essentials. Original bathroom plumbed for two sinks, but current homeowner has only one user for this bathroom, so we capped one side, which can easily be reopened in future if homeowner wants to return to a double-sink setup. Expanded closet size and completely redesigned closet built-in storage. Please see separate album of closet photos for more photos and details on this.

Master bathroom renovation. This bathroom was a major undertaking. Where you see the mirrored doors, it was a single vanity with a sink. It made more sense to have a double vanity on the other side next to the shower but I was missing a medicine cabinet so we decided to add a ROBERN 72" long medicine cabinet in the wall that used to be a small towel closet. The arched entry way was created after moving the wall and removing the door into a dark space where you see the toilet & bidet. The travertine floors are heated (a nice addition at is not expensive to do). Added a 70" free-standing stone tub by Clarke tubs (amazing tub), I love venetian plaster because it's so timeless and very durable. It's not used much these days probably because it's so labor intensive and expensive so I did the plastering myself. We raised up the floor and opted for no shower doors that I've wanted for many, many years after seeing this idea in France. We added the carved free-standing vanity and used 48" tall lighted mirrors. See more pictures on INSTAGRAM: pisces2_21

Can you spot the shower door? Gone are the days where we need curtains, framed glass or sliding doors to keep water in while showering. There’s a better way. A single frameless glass shower shield is just enough to keep water in without getting in the way. Tile work is the priciest component of any bathroom, why not let it be seen? The beautiful emerald tile really makes this remodel pop! For this project, we started with a new deep soaking tub, shower niche, and Latricrete Hydro-Ban waterproofing. The finishes included emerald green subway tile, Kohler Brass fixtures, and a Kohler sliding shower door. We finished up with a few final touches to the mirror, lighting, and towel rods.

This half bath is fun, but sophisticated with the Lisbeth wallpaper by A Street Prints Pacifica Wallpaper Collection. The large round mirror and golf finishes add a timeless look.
