This client was very open to fun designs but wanted to make sure it had a messaging tub, and that it felt like they were at the beach. Mission accomplished! We did put natural wood tones along with fun large artisan blue tiles for their walk-in shower. Along with rock details to bring in the feel aspect of the beach. And finally a coastal wallpaper in their water closet!

The owner of this top floor bathroom was looking for a fresh black and white look without the imposing, long bath. He also wanted to make a feature out of the fireplace. The units on the left house the boiler and a washing machine but the storage inside was not useful. We stripped the room and rebuilt the storage to fit a washing machine, drier, access to the existing boiler and some practical storage that can be removed to access the boiler. The fabulous blue floor tiles brighten up the room and we painted the fireplace black to help it stand out in the corner.

Well, it's finally completed and the final photo shoot is done. ⠀
It's such an amazing feeling when our clients are ecstatic with the final outcome. What started out as an unfinished, rough-in only room has turned into an amazing "spa-throom" and boutique hotel ensuite bathroom.⠀

We are over-the-moon proud to be able to give our clients a new space, for many generations to come. ⠀
*PS, the entire family will be at home for the weekend to enjoy it too...⠀

Did a demo and removed the wall that separated the laundry room and the bathroom. Also we relocated the washer, the dryer and built a walk-in shower. Along with that we also relocated the sink and put a free-floating cabinet with a quartz countertop and framed walls around water heater with a bi-fold doors to not have it visible. Lastly, moved the bathroom to a different to a more comfortable location, which is where the dryer and washing machine used to stand.

This compact condominium guest bathroom does dual duty as both a bath and laundry room (machines are concealed by a bi-fold door most of the time). In an effort to provide guests with a welcoming environment, considerable attention was made in the color palette and features selected.
A petit sink provides counterspace for grooming and guest toiletry travel bags. Frequent visits by young grandchildren and the slender depth of the vanity precipitated the decision to place the faucet on the side of the sink rather than in the back.
Multiple light sources in this windowless room provides adequate illumination for both grooming and cleaning.
The tall storage cabinet has doors that are hinged in opposite directions. The bottom door is hinged on the right to provide easy access to laundry soap while the top door is left hinged to provide easy access to towels and toiletries.
The tile shower and wainscoting give this bathroom a truly special look and feel.

The whole ground floor of this mid-century 2 BR/1BA was unimproved garage space. Only one parking space was required by the S.F. Planning Code so the rest could be transformed into a suite for guests as well as a laundry room for this busy family.
