A Guest Powder Room, inspired by a Victorian literary character, features a vintage-style pull chain toilet and porcelain and chrome console sink against classic subway tile. Herringbone slate flooring completes the look. Retro cage light fixtures with edison bulbs provide ambient light. The mirror is a French antique.

Making Spaces
Kids bathrooms and curves.
Toddlers, wet tiles and corners don't mix, so I found ways to add as many soft curves as I could in this kiddies bathroom. The round ended bath was tiled in with fun kit-kat tiles, which echoes the rounded edges of the double vanity unit. Those large format, terrazzo effect porcelain tiles disguise a multitude of sins too.
A lot of clients ask for wall mounted taps for family bathrooms, well let’s face it, they look real nice. But I don’t think they’re particularly family friendly. The levers are higher and harder for small hands to reach and water from dripping fingers can splosh down the wall and onto the top of the vanity, making a right ole mess. Some of you might disagree, but this is what i’ve experienced and I don't rate. So for this bathroom, I went with a pretty bombproof all in one, moulded double sink with no nooks and crannies for water and grime to find their way to.
The double drawers house all of the bits and bobs needed by the sink and by keeping the floor space clear, there’s plenty of room for bath time toys baskets.
The brief: can you design a bathroom suitable for two boys (1 and 4)? So I did. It was fun!

This bathroom was originally separated by a wall between the toilet and vanity. We removed the wall to combine the space which afforded the customer a larger vanity size, from 30 inches to 42 inches long. We also removed the original bulk head above the shower which allowed the shower to extend to the ceiling completely. The customer chose marble subway tile for the shower walls, marble herringbone tile for the shower floor and as an accent in the shower niche, and marble sills for the shower entry and encasing the pony wall. The floor is gray oblong ceramic tiles which were finished with marble baseboard.

We remodeled this outdated bathroom transforming it into a new bathroom paradise. The new barrier free walk-in shower is a great new focal point. The tile design and installation are awesome. The porcelain tiles do a great job mimicking true marble without the downsides of natural stone. The simple lines to the new Fieldstone cabinetry in Inset construction with the Charlaine door style In Dove painted finish pop against the new blue painted walls. Nu heat under tile heated floors and new heated towel bars make sure your nice and warm when getting in and out of the shower. The shower bench seat and new vanity countertop are MSI Quartz in Calacatta Classique match the shower tiles seamlessly. The single glass panel in the shower prevents water from going outside the shower without detracting from the large open feel of the bathroom.

CMI Construction converted a small kitchen and office space into the open farmhouse style kitchen the client requested. The remodel also included a master bath update in which the tub was removed to create a large walk-in custom tiled shower.

This bathroom was totally gutted and build from scratch off the master bedroom. We install a large two person Jacuzzi tub with a glass waterfall faucet that overlooks the beautiful ocean view. The glass tiles and inset border are from Ocean Glass. The small ball shaped crystal chandelier was added for a little bling!
