HALLETT & Co.Accessibility is something to keep in mind for those visiting your home. We designed this guest bath with a zero-entry shower and wide door openings. Since this home's side sits against one of Savannah's ubiquitous lanes, we added a skylight instead of a side window, which allows for natural light and complete privacy. Imperfect InteriorsThe loft bathroom was kept simple with geometric grey and white tiles on the floor and continuing up the wall in the shower. The Velux skylight and pitch of the ceiling meant that the glass shower enclosure had to be made to measure.
M-Squared Contracting Inc.Nestled within an established west-end enclave, this transformation is both contemporary yet traditional—in keeping with the surrounding neighbourhood's aesthetic. A family home is refreshed with a spacious master suite, large, bright kitchen suitable for both casual gatherings and entertaining, and a sizeable rear addition. The kitchen's crisp, clean palette is the perfect neutral foil for the handmade backsplash, and generous floor-to-ceiling windows provide a vista to the lush green yard and onto the Humber ravine. The rear 2-storey addition is blended seamlessly with the existing home, revealing a new master suite bedroom and sleek ensuite with bold blue tiling. Two additional additional bedrooms were refreshed to update juvenile kids' rooms to more mature finishes and furniture—appropriate for young adults.
Progressive Design BuildAlso in desperate need of a makeover, the guest bathroom underwent a stunning transformation. The old bathtub was replaced with a sizable walk-in shower designed in Neostile Chalk porcelain tile by Happy Floors and Natural Saint Tropez Collection Dusk center border tile from MiR.
For continuity, the shower floor was laid in white Akua pebble tile which complemented the main house floor plank tile, Chale Miele.
Custom white DuraSupreme cabinets with a Homestead door style were topped in Ironsbridge Cambria Quartz and accented with brushed nickel Signature Hardware plumbing selections and accessories. Creating a warm, inviting space, we installed a Silver Leaf light bar by Troy Lighting above the vanity and painted the walls the same soft gray (Sherwin Williams #6204 Sea Salt).

HouseHomeAlthough the Kids Bathroom was reduced in size by a few feet to add additional space in the Master Bathroom, you would never suspect it! Because of the new layout and design selections, it now feels even larger than before. We chose light colors for the walls, flooring, cabinetry, and tiles, as well as a large mirror to reflect more light. A custom linen closet with pull-out drawers and frosted glass elevates the design while remaining functional for this family. For a space created to work for a teenage boy, teen girl, and pre-teen girl, we showcase that you don’t need to sacrifice great design for functionality!

Chalmers and Co DesignA grey and blue colour scheme was chosen with timber cabinets and a white benchtop for a clean, contemporary look. The large white above counter basin is defined by the dark blue chevron tiles. A stainless steel wall mounted tap with lever handle completes the modern look.
