Darci Hether New YorkWe completely gut renovated this pre-war Tribeca apartment but kept some of it's charm and history in tact! The building, which was built in the early 1900's, was home to different executive office operations and the original hallways had a beautiful and intricate mosaic floor pattern. To that point we decided to preserve the existing mosaic flooring and incorporate it into the new design. The open concept kitchen with cantilevered dining table top keeps the area feeling light and bright, casual and not stuffy. Additionally, the custom designed swing arm pendant light helps marry the dining table top area to that of the island.

Cyr Kitchen and BathThis Bathroom was designed by Lynne in our Salem showroom. This bathroom was designed to make it handicap accessible for the homeowners. This remodel includes glass mosaic shower tile with octagon matte white with grey dot tile floor. It also includes white subway, white chair rail and Anatolia element border around edge. Other features in this remodel include Kohler Pedistal sink, and faucet, Moen shower faucet, Jaclo linear drain and Ferguson Moen shower seat.

Alair Homes PlanoThis once dated master suite is now a bright and eclectic space with influence from the homeowners travels abroad. We transformed their overly large bathroom with dysfunctional square footage into cohesive space meant for luxury. We created a large open, walk in shower adorned by a leathered stone slab. The new master closet is adorned with warmth from bird wallpaper and a robin's egg blue chest. We were able to create another bedroom from the excess space in the redesign. The frosted glass french doors, blue walls and special wall paper tie into the feel of the home. In the bathroom, the Bain Ultra freestanding tub below is the focal point of this new space. Nautilus HomesThis guest bathroom exemplifies simple elegance with its Restoration Hardware industrial style lighting in polished nickel, Rohl plumbing fixtures, iridescent glass mosaic tiles in the shower and hexagonal porcelain floor tiles that run into a curbless shower. All of these luxurious appointments against the Shaker style cabinet -- designed to look and feel like a furniture piece -- and perfectly accented with coral-colored polka dot towels.
Notice the unique casing and jamb on the shower. These are milled from Corian to match the house details while providing a long lasting, water-resistant finish.
TreHus Architects+Interior Designers+BuildersThe owners of this South Minneapolis home wished to renovate their outdated bath to create a relaxing, therapeutic, master suite. Fixtures were flipped within the room, creating more space and minimizing compartmentalization. Clean 3x6 Subway tiles were paired with dark grout for a crisp feel. The floor, though simple and unembellished, forms a strong contrast against the wall color and dark vanity.
Chi Renovation & DesignWe renovated this attic so the client could have their ideal ensuite, offering a bright and spacious bathroom and functional bedroom. The chic industrial-vintage designed bathroom features a classic black and white color palette with pops of gold for added glamor.
