The bespoke, hand made rustic vanity unit, gives plenty of storage space, whilst adding a warm touch to the overall look of the bathroom. The shine from the grey metro tiles means that rather than feeling small, this bathroom gives a sense of space and light.
Josh Wynne ConstructionSeaThru is a new, waterfront, modern home. SeaThru was inspired by the mid-century modern homes from our area, known as the Sarasota School of Architecture.
This homes designed to offer more than the standard, ubiquitous rear-yard waterfront outdoor space. A central courtyard offer the residents a respite from the heat that accompanies west sun, and creates a gorgeous intermediate view fro guest staying in the semi-attached guest suite, who can actually SEE THROUGH the main living space and enjoy the bay views.
Noble materials such as stone cladding, oak floors, composite wood louver screens and generous amounts of glass lend to a relaxed, warm-contemporary feeling not typically common to these types of homes.

Mon Concept Habitation L'architecte a joué avec les tendances actuelles pour donner du cachet à cet appartement. Dans la cuisine nous avons installé un claustra, ce système permet de laisser passer la lumière tout en cloisonnant une pièce. Dans la SDB nous avons joué avec des carrelages pâles qui viennent mettre en valeur une robinetterie noire carbon. L'immeuble était à chauffage collectif, cela veut dire qu'il est impossible de changer les radiateurs. Ces derniers ont été camouflés avec un coffrage sur-meure fait sur place par notre menuisier.
