GSB DesignsTotal renovation of an existing ensuite bath. Soaking tub was replaced with a freestanding tub situated in-between two windows for a relaxing soak! The wonderful finishes and tile details at the glass enclosed shower tie the space together beautifully.

There was a very large garden tub, which was never used, a small neo-angle shower and a toilet that sat in the middle of the room. We provided them with a much larger shower, a second vanity and we were able to give them a bit more privacy. The slightly textured stacked tile, marble accents and gorgeous white vanities with gray quartz tops provide a beautiful face-lift to a once dark and dreary master bathroom.

JBR DesignsWe replaced the existing vanity and underutilized, non-functional closet with a beautiful linen cabinet with a double hamper. This space was challenging because of the existing dormer, which juts out above the vanity area.
With round mirrors in the same brushed gold finish as the faucets, we brought the focus down and away from the odd angle.
Home at 2 DesignA spacious pantry in the lower level of this home is the perfect solution for housing decorative platters, vases, baskets, etc., as well as providing additional wine storage. A 19th C pocket door was repurposed with barn door hardware and painted the prefect color to match the adjacent antique bakery sign.
Kathy Kuo Designs IncTo still achieve that chic, modern rustic look - walls were kept in white and contrasting that is a dark gray painted door. A vanity made of concrete with a black metal base takes the modern appeal even further and we paired that with faucets and framed mirrors finished in black as well. An industrial dome pendant in black serves as the main lighting and industrial caged bulb pendants are placed by the mirrors as accent lighting.
