This petite en-suite guest bath was a small second story addition to a Tudor home. We used classic hexagon marble floor tiles and pale gray subway tiles across the entire wall to keep the design timeless. The navy vanity and sparkling Polished Chrome fixtures add pops of visual interest to this functional new space.

In the kid’s bathroom, we wanted to keep it contemporary but also playful, which we achieved through the use of individual rhombus shaped tile pieces creating a tilted hexagon shaped floor and hexagon custom mirror. We also decided to continue the subway tile along the walls, which highlighted well against the “Peppercorn” wall paint by Sherwin Williams and matte black finishes throughout. 123 Remodeling - Chicagoland's Top Rated Remodeling Company

Libby's first solo project that she worked hand in hand with Tschida Construction on. Water damage and (horrible) layout led to a complete redesign. They saved the budget by leaving the bathtub and made sure it now only made sense in the layout, but in the aesthetics too.

Cluttered main bath transformed into Mid-Century Modern oasis. Removed Washer-Dryer closet to open up traffic flow and improve functionality. All new fixtures, anchored with free-standing 5.5ft Mid-Century Modern vanity. New marble floors and tub surround tile, new lighting throughout, glass shower screen, all offset by matte black hardware & faucets and burnished brass accessories.

This was a top-to-bottom remodel. By opening up the kitchen walls, expanding the great room, and adding patio doors to the master bedroom, we did more than update this beach home for modern living. We also highlighted the home's best feature — breathtaking views of the ocean. "One of the things we that really liked about working with Len and the team is that they would always listen to what we were asking to have done and help us understand how it could be done. But they would also share with us great ideas about other things that we could do. And oftentimes we definitely went the direction that they suggested." — Al & Eileen, homeowners

This homeowner loved her home, loved the location, but it needed updating and a more efficient use of the condensed space she had for her master bedroom/bath. She was desirous of a spa-like master suite that not only used all spaces efficiently but was a tranquil escape to enjoy. Her master bathroom was small, dated and inefficient with a corner shower and she used a couple small areas for storage but needed a more formal master closet and designated space for her shoes. Additionally, we were working with severely sloped ceilings in this space, which required us to be creative in utilizing the space for a hallway as well as prized shoe storage while stealing space from the bedroom. She also asked for a laundry room on this floor, which we were able to create using stackable units. Custom closet cabinetry allowed for closed storage and a fun light fixture complete the space. Her new master bathroom allowed for a large shower with fun tile and bench, custom cabinetry with transitional plumbing fixtures, and a sliding barn door for privacy.
