Bolen DesignsThis adorable rustic, modern farmhouse style guest bathroom will make guests want to stay a while. Ceiling height subway tile in a mix of green opalescent glass and white with an accent strip that extends into the vanity area makes this petite space really pop. Combined with stained floating shelves and a white penny tile accent wall, this unique space invites guests to come on in... Octagon porcelain floor tile adds texture and interest and the custom green vanity with white quartz top ties it all together. Oil rubbed bronze fixtures, square door and drawer pulls, and a round industrial mirror add the final touch.
Alair Homes PlanoThese repeat clients had remodeled almost their entire home with us except this bathroom! They decided they wanted to add a powder bath to increase the value of their home. What is now a powder bath and guest bath/walk-in closet, used to be one second master bathroom. You could access it from either the hallway or through the guest bedroom, so the entries were already there.
Structurally, the only major change was closing in a window and changing the size of another. Originally, there was two smaller vertical windows, so we closed off one and increased the size of the other. The remaining window is now 5' wide x 12' high and was placed up above the vanity mirrors. Three sconces were installed on either side and between the two mirrors to add more light.
The new shower/tub was placed where the closet used to be and what used to be the water closet, became the new walk-in closet.
There is plenty of room in the guest bath with functionality and flow and there is just enough room in the powder bath.
The design and finishes chosen in these bathrooms are eclectic, which matches the rest of their house perfectly!
They have an entire house "their style" and have now added the luxury of another bathroom to this already amazing home.

Kevin MausethThis bathroom was completely rebuilt to accommodate a zero-entry, curbless and doorless shower. It was tiled in a way that was keeping with the turn of the century, period style of the home. The hex tiles used in a custom pattern on the floor and subway tiles for a touch of the classic feel come together to give this bathroom a timeless appearance. The stone backsplash on the vanity with wall faucets add to the appeal. In the end this is a modern bathroom from a past era.

House of LA master bath gets reinvented into a luxurious spa-like retreat in tranquil shades of aqua blue, crisp whites and rich bittersweet chocolate browns. A mix of materials including glass tiles, smooth riverstone rocks, honed granite and practical porcelain create a great textural palette that is soothing and inviting. The symmetrical vanities were anchored on the wall to make the floorplan feel more open and the clever use of space under the sink maximizes cabinet space. Sophia M. Amiano When homeowners think ADA, they tend to get scared or even nervous, wanting their bathroom to be of course functional for everyday use but also be beautiful and magazine-worthy. Well, in this master bath, we did just that. Featuring a curbless shower creating a wet room, this shower creates easy access in and out of the shower for these homeowners. The shower design also incorporates a large bench to use if needed while showering. The grab bars in this space almost appear as if they are not there, blending right into the design of the other plumbing fixtures with their style and finish. Altogether, this master bath is a timeless space from its functional design to the stunning materials we used, from sleek grey stained cabinetry, classic granite countertops, elegant porcelain tile, and striking black matte fixtures.
