The teenagers loft bathroom was a very bright room and had a large skylight, so we added contrast with matt black bathroom fittings & patterned floor tiles for colour. A wall mounted vanity unit & bespoke marble splash back & mirror further utilised the space

This single family home had been recently flipped with builder-grade materials. We touched each and every room of the house to give it a custom designer touch, thoughtfully marrying our soft minimalist design aesthetic with the graphic designer homeowner’s own design sensibilities. One of the most notable transformations in the home was opening up the galley kitchen to create an open concept great room with large skylight to give the illusion of a larger communal space.

Master bath renovation. Last two photos show "Before." Bathroom was tight, crowded and felt closed in. We removed dated cabinetry, opened up shower with knee wall which made room feel much larger and welcoming. Removed step up jacuzzi and put in elegant soaking tub with chandelier above. Custom 4'x5' shower with custom quartz seat (Cambria Praas Sands), pebble tile floor, 10"x24" tile with glass tile. As the designer I took the time to put together the mosaic glass for the tiler. It was very time consuming to recreate and very nerve wracking since this piece was very expensive, but it turned out beautifully. All photo's by Maria Hars.

The existing bathroom only had a bathtub. We added a shower, which gave us the opportunity to use this gorgeous, green tile. With a tight budget, we brought in an off-the-shelf floating vanity to save money but finished it off with an upgraded faucet and gorgeous, solid brass hardware. We also brought in marble, penny tile on the floors for a bit of luxury.

Beautiful modern designed hall bathroom. A wonderful black and white mosaic tile that flows throughout the bathroom right into the shower with a zero clearance base. No curb or steps needed, a fixed piece of glass to keep water in but still show the beauty in your tire choice.
