Joe McGuire DesignWhen our Boulder studio was tasked with furnishing this home, we went all out to create a gorgeous space for our clients. We decorated the bedroom with an in-stock bed, nightstand, and beautiful bedding. An original painting by an LA artist elevates the vibe and pulls the color palette together. The fireside sitting area of this home features a lovely lounge chair, and the limestone and blackened steel fireplace create a sophisticated vibe. A thick shag rug pulls the entire space together.
In the dining area, we used a light oak table and custom-designed complements. This light-filled corner engages easily with the greenery outside through large lift-and-slide doors. A stylish powder room with beautiful blue tiles adds a pop of freshness.

Oland LivingBeautiful owner's suite with a modern/urban farmhouse vibe. The freestanding tub and chandelier creates the perfect space for a relaxing evening. Floor to ceiling tile adds an amazing contrast for the custom stained vanity.
Sacha Jacq Interiors LLCThis striking primary bathroom was transformed from its original configuration to maximize the space available. The feature sconce was located front and center in this bathroom oasis. Further drama was created with the use of 12" x 48" wall tiles with the silver starbursts in this subtle neutral tone, pair with 8" x 32" chevron wood embossed floor tile.
DANIELLE Interior Design & DecorTransforming this small bathroom into a wheelchair accessible retreat was no easy task. Incorporating unattractive grab bars and making them look seamless was the goal. A floating vanity / countertop allows for roll up accessibility and the live edge of the granite countertops make if feel luxurious. Double sinks for his and hers sides plus medicine cabinet storage helped for this minimal feel of neutrals and breathability. The barn door opens for wheelchair movement but can be closed for the perfect amount of privacy.
Alloy Architecture & ConstructionThe master suite was the last remnant of 1980’s (?) design within this renovated Charlottesville home. The intent of Alloy's renovation was to incorporate universal design principles into the couple's bathroom while bringing the clean modern design aesthetic from the rest of the house into their master suite.
After drastically altering the footprint of the existing bathroom to accommodate an occupant with compromised mobility, the architecture of this project, void of color, became a study in texture. To define the individual spaces of bathroom and to create a clean but not cold space, we used white tiles of various sizes, format, and material. In addition, the maple flooring that we installed in the bedroom was carried into the dry zones of the bathroom, while radiant heating was installed in the floors to create both physical and perceptual warmth throughout.
This project also involved a closet expansion that employs a modular closet system, and the installation of a new vanity in the master bedroom. The remainder of the renovations in the bedroom include a large sliding glass door that opens to the adjoining deck, new flooring, and new light fixtures throughout.

1. Converted a tub shower into a custom stand-up with tiles, bench and niches.
2. Replaced the tub and custom installed new tile walls, floors, vanity and paint.
Neil Kelly CompanyA relaxed farmhouse feel was the goal for this bathroom. A free-standing tub rests under two large windows bringing in tons of natural light against a warming two-sided fireplace looking into the primary bedroom. Silvery-blue painted cabinets, nature inspired granite countertop, custom patterned tile backsplash, parquet tile flooring.
Chester County Kitchen & BathClassic Avondale PA master bath remodel. I love the new tiled shower with a Dreamline sliding glass surround. The oil rubbed bronze fixtures and really pull out the dark tones in the shower floor and decorative glass accent tile. Echelon cabinetry in Cherry wood with mocha stained finish were used for the spacious double bowl vanity and dressing area. This bathroom really speaks for itself. What an awesome new look for these clients.
