CairnsCraft Design & RemodelThis lavish primary bathroom stars an illuminated, floating vanity brilliantly suited with French gold fixtures and set before floor-to-ceiling chevron tile. The walk-in shower features large, book-matched porcelain slabs that mirror the pattern, movement, and veining of marble. As a stylistic nod to the previous design inhabiting this space, our designers created a custom wood niche lined with wallpaper passed down through generations.
Harleen McLean Ricardo is passionate about sustainable forestry. He specialises in renewable energy using natural systems in nature and we have created an environment that reflects this within his home. In this project we chose paintings that express fluidity and fengshui to embrace the wind and water elements of nature. To purify the air, we created a moss wall and the lush grass carpet generates the comforting sense of forest bathing. The splashback evokes the peaceful experience of walking in the forest amongst a sea of bluebells generating a sense of spring and new beginings. The bathroom is inspired by the vast, lush Amazon Rainforest and it's natural biodiversity. With the artwork here, we created an alluring tranquil space, incorporating natural raw materials and spiritual artefacts, brining a sense of calm and rejuvenation.

Interior Preference llcThis master bathroom en suite highlights modern sensibility with classic design style. Custom porcelain tile layout was installed on the floor where there used to be pink wool berber carpet. The walls were stripped of faded & torn grass cloth wall paper and texture & paint colors were added. Replaced the old sinks, fixtures and countertop with new quartz. Added a blown glass tile mosaic for the backsplash. Per the client's wishes we kept the large mirrors, the bench and shower surround tile and the vanity cabinet. We also kept the wonderful rough sawn wide plank wood ceiling which is not shown.
