Devine Bath & KitchenOur clients wanted to explore all their options for creating a beautiful and practical new space, even if it meant moving a couple walls. This is where it pays to hire a company that offers both design and construction services! Our designer, Stephanie, worked closely with our contractor team to create a brand new layout that suited our clients style and practical needs. We determined we could make room for a spacious new walk-in shower by stealing some space from the guest bathroom on the other side of the wall (which we also remodeled). We also saved some space by installing a pocket door and a wall-hung toilet, which takes up less space than a traditional toilet. This freed up a ton of space for a large, custom double-vanity. Throw in some new lighting, a fresh coat of paint, and a new tile floor, and the result is a gorgeous new master bathroom that is almost completely unrecognizable!

Angie Keyes CKBDThis Condo has been in the family since it was first built. And it was in desperate need of being renovated. The kitchen was isolated from the rest of the condo. The laundry space was an old pantry that was converted. We needed to open up the kitchen to living space to make the space feel larger. By changing the entrance to the first guest bedroom and turn in a den with a wonderful walk in owners closet.
Then we removed the old owners closet, adding that space to the guest bath to allow us to make the shower bigger. In addition giving the vanity more space.
The rest of the condo was updated. The master bath again was tight, but by removing walls and changing door swings we were able to make it functional and beautiful all that the same time.
Classic Home ImprovementsThis master bathroom remodel was designed with relaxation in mind. Stepping through this modern, frosted barn door, a marvelous walk in shower, large vanity, lighted mirrors and luxury toilet are within this space. Porcelain tile, 12x24 Explorer Milan from Arizona Tile is through out the floor and walls. The walk in shower features a drying area at the entrance of the shower. A double vanity with a dark wood stain is also featured along with two LED mirrors. These mirrors are an up and coming trend due to its lighting features. Another unique feature is the multi color LED light added to the ceiling and under the vanity. This gives the bathroom a fun and modern look and feel. Photos by Preview First.
