A "Home" should be the physical 'representation' of an individual's or several individuals' personalities. That is exactly what we achieved with this project. After presenting us with an amazing collection of mood boards with everything they aspirated to, we took onboard the core of what was being asked and ran with it.
We ended up gutting out the whole flat and re-designing a new layout that allowed for daylight, intimacy, colour, texture, glamour, luxury and so much attention to detail. All the joinery is bespoke.

This elegant master bath is like an in-home spa! If the near 9 foot long, frameless glass shower wasn't enough to create serious bathroom envy, this space also features Bertch Cabinets, Top Knobs accessories, Blue Dunes Granite countertops and shower sill, niche shelves and floating benches with waterfall edge, Delta Faucet shower fixtures, KOHLER sinks, toilet and soaking tub, tile from Louisville Tile of Indianapolis, and radiant heated floor by WarmlyYours.

R.B. Schwarz, Inc. built a large shower stall with a niche bench and multiple shower heads. We added a vanity with his-and-her sinks and mirrors. The bathroom includes a floor to ceiling medicine cabinet.

This gorgeous master bath and bedroom addition gave the homeowners much needed space from the previous tiny cramped quarters they had. By creating a spa like bathroom retreat, ample closet space and a spacious master bedroom with views to the lush backyard, the homeowners were able to design a space that gave them what combined both needs and wants in one! What could be better than a bath in a beautiful quiet space at the end of a long day. This bathroom in Chapel Hill provides a tranquil retreat for the homeowner or guests. Soothing sage green walls and white and gray tile contrast with the beautiful dark lyptus cabinets. A soft curve provides a little extra space for the perfect oval sink. White fixtures and satin nickel hardware stand out nicely against this beautiful backdrop. The countertop, made from recycled glass, adds a nice clean finish to an already stunning space.

Drab to Fab Decorating
My clients had a 10 yr old bath that they wanted completed updated but wanted to leave the plumbing where it was located. We took everything out and purchased a beautiful vanity with granite tops and square sinks. We put up new lighting and dual mirrors. We purchased a free standing soaking tub and made the shower larger. To make the room look bigger I designed the back tile wall to give the room some visual interest. The floor tile was laid on a straight lay as to not take away from the rest of the room. It is by far their favorite room in the house.

This modern master bathroom has plenty of practical features. This includes a low-maintenance, Caesar Stone countertop and a shelf to place toiletries . A dark vanity with slab style doors also offers plenty of storage.

This custom vanity is the perfect balance of the white marble and porcelain tile used in this large master restroom. The crystal and chrome sconces set the stage for the beauty to be appreciated in this spa-like space. The soft green walls complements the green veining in the marble backsplash, and is subtle with the quartz countertop.

This is the primary bathroom in the home. This was created as an addition. We mimicked the existing Mid Century modern house style with plate glass windows. Large walk in shower with multiple shower heads. Free-standing soaking tub. Heated tile floor.
