The Kitchen DesignerSeveral bathrooms and walk-in robes in the modern extension of a 19th century home. This powder room uses the same herringbone Carrara marble herringbone floor tile as in the traditional bathroom. This gives the bathroom some continuity to the main house but the room is made more modern with the use of seagrass wallpaper and simple cabinetry. Carrara is also used on the vanity top and splashback. A simple round mirror completes the picture.

Boerne Kitchens and BathsThis Master Bath was updated with a new shower and cabinets. The shower was reconfigured with a handheld option for the shower and a full bench topped witht eh same granite as then Linen cabinet and Vanity. His and Her soap niches backed with the same Silver Travertine in Picket style was installed. Frameless Glass enclosure make the shower seem bigger and the bathroom more open. New Cabinets in cherry were custom made. This Master Bath is now bright and functional. Just what the owner asked for.

MIREWORKSWe titled this project Fortitude as a description of the incredible couple to whom it belongs. In August 2016 a large area of the state was devastated by a flood that shattered records not reached in over 30 years. This home was one of the many affected. After having to endure less than professional contractors and a some medical emergencies. the couple completed the project three years later. The beautiful images you see today are a testament to their extreme fortitude and perseverance amid trying circumstances. To those who never give up hope, the results are sweeter than you can imagine.
