Bathrooms don't get much more glamorous than this. Why do we love it so much? The free-standing tub is beautifully framed with symmetrical his and hers vanities. Form and function blend beautifully here where gleaming silver tones enhance the bath's old hollywood style. Who wouldn't love a chandelier in the shower? This lavish master suite renovation: Photo's by JS PhotoFX, Construction by John Rogers Renovations and design by Meriwether McAdams.

A large master bathroom remodeled to fit our clients' needs. For this renovation, we replaced the large jacuzzi tub with a second vanity, exchanged the floor-to-ceiling shower doors with lower Starfire glass (which also prevents excess steam), a new shower bench and niche, as well as a new entryway to the walk-in closet. This new and improved master bath was then adorned with large dark grey floor tiles, dark grey painted walls and vanities, rich blonde maple doors, and artisanal pendant lights with sleek Edison bulbs. Designed by Chi Renovation & Design who serve Chicago and it's surrounding suburbs, with an emphasis on the North Side and North Shore. You'll find their work from the Loop through Lincoln Park, Skokie, Wilmette, and all of the way up to Lake Forest. This unique bath in The Inn on Montford in Asheville utilizes space in a distinctive way. Fiber optic lighting enhances the glass tile floor and railhead shower. A chiseled granite partition seperates the shower from the toilet. The Inn's staff says this is the easiest to clean since there is no glass shower enclosure. The sink was located in the bedroom to allow more space in the spa like bath. Phtographer : Michael Oppenheim

Second-floor addition to a simple Mediterranean bungalow on a very low budget. The “pop-up” form, a partial second story addition, was the least expensive way to gain the square footage that the clients wanted. Variations of the original exterior details were created for consistency with the original style. The interior open floor plan makes the most of limited space.
