Eighty2 designer Tim was tasked with taking disused spaces and transforming them into a functional and relaxing wellness suite. The completed designs show the potential in even the smallest space with an intimate spa room and a luxurious steam room.
DHV ArchitectsDHV Architects have designed the new second floor at this large detached house in Henleaze, Bristol. The brief was to fit a generous master bedroom and a high end bathroom into the loft space. Crittall style glazing combined with mono chromatic colours create a sleek contemporary feel. A large rear dormer with an oversized window make the bedroom light and airy.
ND StudiosOnce a Victorian villa, this impressive modern home boasts an abundance of open space with high ceilings and plenty of natural light not to mention spectacular views over London.
The house has a flowing quality – the ground floor is divided into spaces rather than rooms and its interiors benefit from a mixture of modern accents, bespoke joinery and one-off antique pieces.

Revival by DesignWhen we were asked by our clients to help fully overhaul this grade II listed property. We knew we needed to consider the spaces for modern day living and make it as open and light and airy as possible. There were a few specifics from our client, but on the whole we were left to the design the main brief being modern country with colour and pattern. There were some challenges along the way as the house is octagonal in shape and some rooms, especially the principal ensuite were quite a challenge.
Anthro ArchitectureThe master ensuite uses a combination of timber panelling on the walls and stone tiling to create a warm, natural space.
DecorbuddiAs we had more space to work with, we inserted a bigger shower and swapped around the bath and vanity area. We also carried on the industrial chic theme by fitting matt black taps and fixtures.
