The wall in the entry hall is now beautifully done in a Venetian finish - red was selected as an accent wall to compliment the touches of red in the living room. New wall sconces were selected (Houzz); the art - which was previously over the fireplace in his former home - was placed on the wall. The bench cushion was reupholstered and pillows were placed on the bench to soften the look. A lovely introduction to his special home.

This master bath was reconfigured by opening up the wall between the former tub/shower, and a dry vanity. A new transom window added in much-needed natural light. The floors have radiant heat, with carrara marble hexagon tile. The vanity is semi-custom white oak, with a carrara top. Polished nickel fixtures finish the clean look. Photo: Robert Radifera

We enclosed the toilet in its own room with a custom linen closet. The new clawfoot tub was painted a buttery yellow to match the art tile the client found and loved. We had that tiled into the wall to the right of the door. We used white and black hexagon tiles to create a tile area rug and in the center, put in a classic white and black snowflake hex. design.

Removed large shallow awkward bath tub for more modern tile shower with regular size bath tub. Blue-grey subway tiles with shower niche for storage. Painted existing oak vanity grey to match new look. Quartz countertop and new undermount sinks with modern fixtures. Tile flooring.

Going from the 2 bathroom to 3 was a game-changer for our client. This bathroom was designed with 2 growing sons in mind. Beautiful, practical & bright! Carrara marble countertop with full mirror, and a bathtub surround of white porcelain subway tile lend to the classic look intended for this space. Combine those elements with a splash of texture in a basketweave designed porcelain floor tile & the client ended up with a bathroom design that will remain current for years to come.

The guest bath on the main floor received a complete refresh. With a new vanity, light fixture, tile and paint, USI was able to change the look of this bathroom completely. Contrasting colors resulted in this compact space appearing quite larger.
