Compressed cement sheeting wall lining and concrete floor with in floor heating provide a robust modern bathhouse to the home. Laundry and storage services are hidden behind folding door panels.
UserThis residence had been recently remodeled, with the exception of two of the bathrooms. Michael Merrill Design Studio enlarged the downstairs bathroom, which now has a spa-like atmosphere. It serves pool guests as well as house guests. Over-scaled tile floors and architectural glass tiled walls impart a dramatic modernity to the space. Note the polished stainless steel ledge in the shower niche. A German lacquered vanity and a Jack Lenor Larsen roman shade complete the space.
Upstairs, the bathroom has a much more organic feel, using a shaved pebble floor, linen textured vinyl wall covering, and a watery green wall tile. Here the vanity is veneered in a rich walnut. The residence, nestled on 20 acres of heavily wooded land, has been meticulously detailed throughout, with new millwork, hardware, and finishes. (2012-2013);

Carattere maschile ma con garbo: dalla cucina al living, dalla camera da letto ai due bagni tutto sussurra all'orecchio del visitatore che è un uomo ad abitare questi spazi semplici ma ricercati, moderni e accoglienti. Materiali innovativi, superfici materiche e colori che si sposano con armonia lasciando da parte la monotonia dei tortora e usando con parsimonia colori insoliti come il rosso pomodoro e il verde militare. Ruso InteriorismeLa complejidad en la distribución actual de esta vivienda y sus elementos arquitectónicos ha hecho de éste un proyecto especial para Ruso Interiorisme.
Uno de los objetivos primordiales de los propietarios de la vivienda ha sido tener un salón-comedor con cocina abierta y un dormitorio con baño en suite.
Para dar mayor luminosidad a la vivienda, se ha instalado un pavimento de parquet laminado en tonos suaves que, acompañado de paredes blancas y elementos decorativos en colores claros, generan un ambiente de serenidad.
Tanto en el baño suite como en el baño de invitados, se ha optado por jugar con el color y aplicar, en cada uno de ellos, un toque de color en la cerámica para aportarle energía y fuerza a la estancia.
