Family bathrooms don't come much sleeker than this one! Black hardware adds a modern edge to what otherwise would be a traditional bathroom with shaker vanity and soft floral patterned tiles. Hanging plants sit beautifully beside the mirror pendants and add a fresh touch of nature to the room.

the project involved taking a hall bath and expanding it into the bonus area above the garage to create a jack and jill bath that connected to a new bedroom with a sitting room. We designed custom vanities for each space, the "Jack" in a wood stain and the "Jill" in a white painted finish. The small blue hexagon ceramic floor tiles connected the two looks as well as the wallpapers in similar coloring.

A cookie cutter developer three bedroom duplex was transformed into a four bedroom family friendly home complete with fine details and custom millwork. A home office, artist studio and even a full laundry room were added through a better use of space. Additionally, transoms were added to improve light and air circulation. Instead of providing separate bedrooms for the two young children, we designed a single large bedroom with a sliding wall of Douglas fir. Half of the space can be configured as a playroom, with the children sleeping on the other side. The playroom can also function as a guest room. Photo by Ofer Wolberger

Storage was maximized at every opportunity, taking advantage of high ceilings. Pocket doors disappear into walls from the master suite to the living room to emphasize the open loft space.

Stage two of this project was to renovate the upstairs bathrooms which consisted of main bathroom, powder room, ensuite and walk in robe. A feature wall of hand made subways laid vertically and navy and grey floors harmonise with the downstairs theme. We have achieved a calming space whilst maintaining functionality and much needed storage space.

This powder bathroom is tiny but we really wanted to lighten it up and add more storage. The mirror is actually a recessed medicine cabinet and what you can't see is a geometric wall cabinet over the toilet on the opposite wall. Adding a chair rail and fun wallpaper finished off the space!

his Mid-town Ventura guest bath was in desperate need of remodeling. The alcove (3 sided) tub completely closed off the already small space. We knocked out that wing wall, picked a light and bright palette which gave us an opportunity to pick a fun and adventurous floor! Click through to see the dramatic before and after photos! In keeping with the rest of the home the large bathroom with 4 metre ceilings needed to be a colour that was bold in choice but provided excellent balance with the white timber wall panelling that wrapped around the room outside of the shower recess. The shower recess has been tiled in ceramic wall tiles with patterned floor tiles.
