Sally J. DesignsThis master bath, originally built in the 80's, deserved a new makeover. The corner tub was replaced with a beautiful stand-alone tube, original cabinetry was painted in the new midnight blue navy and beautiful tile and quartz countertops gave the space a look of class and elegance. Three oversized matching mirrors were spaced evenly over the asymmetrical cabinet configuration to add balance to the area. The addition of a turquoise beaded globe chandelier added a touch of color to the charming corner, The floor tile goes seamlessly into the shower and around the tub surround with stone accent tile topping off around the backsplash into the shower. Soft and lush, this bathroom is a real retreat!
Cabinetry & Construction, Inc.A laundry space and adjacent closet were reconfigured to create space for an updated hall bath, featuring period windows in the Edwardian-era Fan rowhouse. The carrara basketweave floor tile is bordered with 4 x 12 carrara. The James Martin Brittany vanity in Victory blue has a custom carrara top. The shower and wall adjacent to the vintage clawfoot tub are covered in ceramic 4 x 10 subway tiles.

There is a new laundry closet inside and a generous kids bath with seated area for doing hair.

Red Pepper Design & CabinetryThe only full bath in a jewel of a house built n 1920 had no set-down space with its original wall mounted sink. We managed to tuck a good deal of storage both above and below the new marble countertop as well as allow make-up and sundries a place to rest. The lights are flexible enought to allow only up light, only down light or both. The hexagonal floor tile upgrades but mimics the original flooring.
