Simpson & VoyleModern sophistication meets minimalist design in this principal bathroom, showcasing a sleek Italian freestanding vanity unit with a clean-lined basin. The large, frameless mirror above expands the visual space, reflecting the high-end marble-effect tiling that surrounds the room. Underneath the vanity, open shelving offers a display for neatly folded towels, while the design elements maintain a monochromatic palette, punctuated by the natural greenery, enhancing the bathroom's tranquil atmosphere.
Room ResolutionsTo keep within budget and still deliver all that was requested, I kept the old, sliding glass doors on the front of the walk-in closets, but adorned them with a frosted paint in complimentary “male and female” patterns to give them an upscale look and feel.

Five SextillionThe design brief for this Master bathroom was to create a glamorous light and airy space with double shower, bath and double basins for a couple to use alongside one another. We delivered the design in a contemporary classical style with clean Art Deco influences, and created a double entry shower with glass partition and ceiling roses, a double ended bath set beneath marble, a wall hung WC with concealed cistern, and double basins set beneath an opaque white glass counter combined. Ample storage was provided through both the wall mounted vanity drawer unit and recessed mirrored cabinets. An expansive wall of white gold and white floral mural mosaic is both elaborate and calming, which forms a stunning backdrop to the indulgent shower. The prominent gloss black of the vanity drawers are echoed throughout through accents in both the ebony tap levers and the bezel of the mirrored cabinets to deliver a subtly glamorous yet striking scheme.
Heat Architecture LondonThe black lacquer cabinet and mirror were made to measure by our Italian joiners. The rooflight overhead brings natural light into this inner room and echoes the shape of the bath.
