Sutherland Design Home, LLCWe removed the long wall of mirrors and moved the tub into the empty space at the left end of the vanity. We replaced the carpet with a beautiful and durable Luxury Vinyl Plank. We simply refaced the double vanity with a shaker style.

For the renovation, we worked with the team including the builder, architect and of course the home owners to brightening the home with new windows, moving walls all the while keeping the over all scope and budget from not getting out of control. The master bathroom is clean and modern but we also keep the budget in mind and used luxury vinyl flooring with a custom tile detail where it meets with the shower.
We decided to keep the front door and work into the new materials by adding rustic reclaimed wood that we hand selected.
The project required creativity throughout to maximize the design style but still respect the overall budget since it was a large scape project.

The new granite countertops in Fantasy Brown look amazing with the Luxury vinyl floating flooring. Luxury vinyl flooring can be a great choice for a bathroom; its waterproof, durable, and warmer under foot than traditional tile and the new patterns and textured finishes can complement any look. The shower was cleanly retiled with a beautiful accent border that tied in perfectly with the new granite.

Tracy Berman InteriorsIn this whole house remodel all the bathrooms were refreshed. The guest and kids bath both received a new tub, tile surround and shower doors. The vanities were upgraded for more storage. Taj Mahal Quartzite was used for the counter tops. The guest bath has an interesting shaded tile with a Moroccan lamp inspired accent tile. This created a sophisticated guest bathroom. The kids bath has clean white x-large subway tiles with a fun penny tile stripe.
