Contemporary LUXHer’s Bathroom Remodel in neutral and minimalistic mood. We intentionally accentuated certain surfaces with textured tile to make this rather small and angled bathroom feel more welcoming and serene. To achieve more spacious look and feel, we installed curb less walk-in shower and used the same tile on the bathroom and shower floor.
Aspen Leaf InteriorsFor this ski-in, ski-out mountainside property, the intent was to create an architectural masterpiece that was simple, sophisticated, timeless and unique all at the same time. The clients wanted to express their love for Japanese-American craftsmanship, so we incorporated some hints of that motif into the designs.
The highlight of the master bathroom is the mosaic wall tile, a polished onyx and marble design of peaceful floating lily pads, symbolic of nature’s restorative properties. Unique copper fixtures warm up the space while chromatically integrating with the home’s walnut woods, with the walnut cabinetry and open shelving, and nicely complement the dual-finish mocha tub and the black quartzite shower slab. The slab is book matched, creating a stunning effect. Flooring and sinks in matching limestone, curved vanity mirrors and onyx with bronze sconces complete the contemporary design. Functional additions include towel warmers, fog-free shaving shower mirror, steam shower and heated floors.
robert john AthertonThe principle bathroom was completely reconstructed and a new doorway formed to the adjoining bedroom. We retained the original vanity unit and had the marble top and up stand's re-polished. The two mirrors above are hinged and provide storage for lotions and potions. To the one end we had a shaped wardrobe with drawers constructed to match the existing detailing - this proved extremely useful as it disguised the fact that the wall ran at an angle behind. Every cm of space was utilised. Above the bath and doorway (not seen) was storage for suitcases etc.

2 walk-in closets (his and hers) with frosted glass bi-fold doors, the wood flooring of the master bedroom continues into the bathroom space, a nice sized 72" wall mounted vanity wood finish vanity picks up the wood grains of the floor and a huge side to side LED mirror gives a great depth effect.
The huge master shower can easily accommodate 2 people with dark bamboo printed porcelain tile for the floor and bench and a light gray stripped rectangular tiled walls gives an additional feeling of space.
