Chanda Seymour DesignAn existing combo bath/shower was removed to create a walk in shower. The vanity was previously located outside the bathroom. A wall was relocated to incorporate the sink, and the previous vanity location now houses a washer/dryer.
Blanco Roto DesignOtra de las intervenciones clave en este proyecto era reformar esta estancia, que llevaba sin cambiarse desde la construcción del edificio en los años 60. Ya que el espacio es reducido, utilizamos azulejos y baldosas porcelánicos de gran formato, para minimizar juntas, y en un acabado de mármol blanco con brillo. Es espectacular como puede cambiar un espacio solo cambiando los alicatados, en este caso parecía mucho más grande!
También incluimos muebles en blanco con encimera y detalles en madera de roble, con griferías, mampara y accesorios en negro mate.

Единственной цветной деталью стала деревянная столешница под раковиной, для прочности ее покрыли 5 слоями лака. В душевой кабине, учитывая отсутствие ванной, мы постарались создать максимальный комфорт: встроенная акустика, гидромассажные форсунки и сиденье для отдыха. Молдинги на стенах кажутся такими же, как и в комнатах - но здесь они изготовлены из акрилового камня.
