As a renovation project, the existing apartments were gutted and the floor plans were reconfigured to maximize this prime living space. High end appliances and luxury finishes transformed this rundown apartment building into modern short term rental units.

Well, not this one! When I purchased this floating home from my aunt and uncle, I didn’t know about floats and stringers and other issues specific to floating homes. Nor had I really thought about the hassle of an out of state remodel. Believing that I was up for the challenge, I grabbed my water wings, sketchpad, and measuring tape and jumped right in!

Builder BoyIt completely depends upon you how you want to design your bathroom but as far as black and white tiles are concerned, you can go creative. Think something unique and rare but not monotonous! Choose some expressive patterns patterned tiles, choose your patterns and make a pattern paradise. But make sure that you combine heavy and dark patterns with muted-tone light-design patterns of bathrooms tiles.
