This project was not only full of many bathrooms but also many different aesthetics. The goals were fourfold, create a new master suite, update the basement bath, add a new powder bath and my favorite, make them all completely different aesthetics.
Primary Bath-This was originally a small 60SF full bath sandwiched in between closets and walls of built-in cabinetry that blossomed into a 130SF, five-piece primary suite. This room was to be focused on a transitional aesthetic that would be adorned with Calcutta gold marble, gold fixtures and matte black geometric tile arrangements.
Powder Bath-A new addition to the home leans more on the traditional side of the transitional movement using moody blues and greens accented with brass. A fun play was the asymmetry of the 3-light sconce brings the aesthetic more to the modern side of transitional. My favorite element in the space, however, is the green, pink black and white deco tile on the floor whose colors are reflected in the details of the Australian wallpaper.
Hall Bath-Looking to touch on the home's 70's roots, we went for a mid-mod fresh update. Black Calcutta floors, linear-stacked porcelain tile, mixed woods and strong black and white accents. The green tile may be the star but the matte white ribbed tiles in the shower and behind the vanity are the true unsung heroes.

A young couple that relocated to Boston were eager to transform their duplex into a cozy and luxurious haven, to ease some pressure on their hectic lives. We worked together to balance their distinctive tastes - a blend of modern elegance from Singapore and rich traditions from South Carolina.

Progressive Design Build
With purpose in mind, the primary bathroom was transformed into a spa-like retreat. Dated wallpaper was removed and replaced with soothing cream color paint and gold fixtures. The bathroom features copious linen storage, a walk-in shower, and his and her vanities that are custom designed with dark maple Dura Supreme cabinetry in a Java finish and topped with Crema Marfil marble countertops.
Elegant touches include:
-Brilliance Luxe Gold faucets
-A Vibrant Gold Chandelier by Crystorama
-Double-wall brass sconces by Mariana Home
-Gold framed mirrors

The beautiful emerald tile really makes this remodel pop! For this project, we started with a new deep soaking tub, shower niche, and Latricrete Hydro-Ban waterproofing. The finishes included emerald green subway tile, Kohler Brass fixtures, and a Kohler sliding shower door. We finished up with a few final touches to the mirror, lighting, and towel rods.

We took this tired old bathroom that was very cramped for room and rearranged the layout and swapped a door for a cavity slider giving it a lot more room and better access. The toilet was way down a long hallway with lots of space wasted, we moved the toilet so we could add a shower where the toilet used to be, the client wanted the toilet in a separate space still. The client is thrilled with the finished job.
