This bathroom was re-designed to create a separate water closet, large vanity with dual sinks and a custom shower. Glass, porcelain and pebble come together to create a soothing atmosphere for a steam shower after working out. The bench below the window is capped in the same quartz used in the vanity counter top. Body sprays and dual rain-head fixtures create a luxurious two-person shower space. The existing skylight box and window were tiled with glass to create a moisture barrier so that the home owners could take advantage of the additional light. Photographer: Michael Conner

This Bali-style bathroom uses natural wood tones and wood-look tiles with a skylight in the shower to create the feel of an outdoor shower. The 2-person steam shower is equipped with an extra large and wide bench for stretching out and relaxing. The shower has a leveled pebble floor that spills out into the vanity area where a custom vanity features a black and white ceramic backsplash and polished quartz countertop.

This shower was formally a tub w/shower insert. Flooring sub-floor is a Shluter System pre-fabricated sloped base with pebble stone tile. These pebble stones are flat to avoid puddling. A layer of rubber membrane was used under the wall tile to provide an extra waterproofing barrier.

This bathroom is as practical as it is eye catching. The double bowl vanity boosts the efficiency of the morning routine. Ample countertop space between the sinks translates into extra storage below. Grey wall tiles mixed with glass mosaic tiles create visual interest at the vanity & the spa like shower.

We added LED lighting at the cove to highlight the feature pebble wall and under the shower bench to highlight the pebble shower floor. It's like you're taking a vacation every time you use it.
