ING ConstructionPasadena, CA - Complete Bathroom Addition to an Existing House
For this Master Bathroom Addition to an Existing Home, we first framed out the home extension, and established a water line for Bathroom. Following the framing process, we then installed the drywall, insulation, windows and rough plumbing and rough electrical.
After the room had been established, we then installed all of the tile; shower enclosure, backsplash and flooring.
Upon the finishing of the tile installation, we then installed all of the sliding barn door, all fixtures, vanity, toilet, lighting and all other needed requirements per the Bathroom Addition.
Pearl RemodelingThese homeowners have been living in their house for a few years and wanted to add some life to their space. Their main goal was to create a modern feel for their kitchen and bathroom. They had a wall between the kitchen and living room that made both rooms feel small and confined. We removed the wall creating a lot more space in the house and the bathroom is something the homeowners loved to brag about because of how well it turned out!
Ethos InteriorsThe main bathroom was kept as open as possible with a walk in shower, opposite a free standing tub. A floating vanity was used to keep the space feeling larger, and was paired with wall mounted taps. A quirky pear shaped mirror and globe were the finishing touches for this fun kid-friendly bathroom.
Casino Co. RenovationsThe country style of this converted barn home is continued throughout the full home remodel. There is rich variety in textures and finishes that preserve the style but bring an updated and modern feel to the home.

The shower features Daltile pebbled floor, Grohe custom shower valves, a MGM glass shower door & Thermasol steam cam lights. The solid acrylic freestanding tub is by MTI & the wall-mounted toilet & bidet are by Toto. A Schluter heated floor system ensures the owner won’t get a chill in the winter. Breathe Design StudioCompleted in 2020, this large 3,500 square foot bungalow underwent a major facelift from the 1990s finishes throughout the house. We worked with the homeowners who have two sons to create a bright and serene forever home. The project consisted of one kitchen, four bathrooms, den, and game room. We mixed Scandinavian and mid-century modern styles to create these unique and fun spaces.
