The home features a Henrybuilt kitchen, butler's pantry, private home office, guest suite, master suite, entry foyer with concealed entrances to the powder bathroom and coat closet, hidden play loft, and full front and back landscaping with swimming pool and pool house/ADU.
Mariano & Co., LLCDEMO - We removed the tub shower combo, flooring, vanities, commode room walls, and removed the mirrored doors to the master closet.
THE REMODEL - We created a large zero threshold walk-in shower that is complete with 24x48 Charme series Calcatta Gold LARGE format tiles and a a 12” deco column down the middle with a 2x6 Abaco Mosaic. For the vanity, we added a beautiful floating cabinet topped with Monte Cristo Granite in a Satin finish. The under cabinet lighting and light up Mirror were supplied by our client. The wood look tile flooring was also installed throughout the bathroom, bedroom, and a few other rooms throughout the home. Finally, After removing those walls for the commode room, we were able to open up more room for the overall bathroom and then we reframed the Master Closet opening to add double doors & framed a new entry door.
Atwood: Fine Architectural CabinetryThis elegant master bath in a newly built lakeside home gives the homeowners wooded outdoor views while enjoying a relaxing soak in the tub. The his and hers vanities are all drawer storage. Recessed medicine cabinets are framed with matching Wood-Mode moldings and house hidden electrical outlets for razors and toothbrushes. The angled wall was designed to improve flow in the space and provides the perfect home for the oversized mother of pearl mirror. The Rainbow Close, Antique mirror and custom designed mullions accentuate the elegance of the linen cabinet.
Jetton Construction, Inc.Tucked into the Claremont Canyon, this early modern home was completely remodeled. The update maximized the beautiful views of the San Francisco Bay and surrounding wildlife. Many unique details were added to make this house a home.

The Ranch Pass Project consisted of architectural design services for a new home of around 3,400 square feet. The design of the new house includes four bedrooms, one office, a living room, dining room, kitchen, scullery, laundry/mud room, upstairs children’s playroom and a three-car garage, including the design of built-in cabinets throughout. The design style is traditional with Northeast turn-of-the-century architectural elements and a white brick exterior. Design challenges encountered with this project included working with a flood plain encroachment in the property as well as situating the house appropriately in relation to the street and everyday use of the site. The design solution was to site the home to the east of the property, to allow easy vehicle access, views of the site and minimal tree disturbance while accommodating the flood plain accordingly.
