Tracey Stephens Interior Design IncThe bath was falling apart. The basic layout was fine but the proportions were all wrong, so the ceiling was lowered at the back half to create a human-scale ceiling height above the shower and toilet room.
The couple agreed on requirements but disagreed on look. He wanted bright bold colors. She wanted muted and calm. They were both happy with blue cabinetry and mosaic glass combined with neutral field tile. The steam shower features a 60” tall blue glass arched niche.

Also, the beautiful soaker tub is practically begging you to relax in a nice bubble bath. Erica Peale DesignThis luxurious spa-like bathroom was remodeled from a dated 90's bathroom. The entire space was demolished and reconfigured to be more functional. Walnut Italian custom floating vanities, large format 24"x48" porcelain tile that ran on the floor and up the wall, marble countertops and shower floor, brass details, layered mirrors, and a gorgeous white oak clad slat walled water closet. This space just shines!
BB&R Design-BuildThe Capize shell light fixtures continue on the beach chic theme, giving the space an organic, textural vibe to the space. The reflection of the light fixture onto the mirror gives the space double the light and plays with the finish of the capize shells. The round shape of the shells helps to soften the straight lines of the cabinetry and sinks to help the space feel more natural and organic.
The new double windows on the opposite wall help to add natural light to the space. Depending on any given weather, time of day or need for privacy the window shades by Hunter Douglas the Architella series can accommodate. They can be lifted from the bottom up or from the top down and are anti macrobial which is perfect for a bathroom.

Their “wish list”: Enlarged bathroom; walk-in steam shower; heated shower bench built long enough to lay on; natural light; easy to maintain; modern shower fixtures. The interior finishes had to be soothing and beautiful. The outcome is spectacular!

Assured Accuracy, LLCThis hall bath was the perfect spot to make a fun statement. The new bath features heated flooring, new chandelier, new soaking tub with tile surround and wallpaper. Because the homeowner is a bath lover, they opted to not install a shower here, but instead use the space to create a fun, spa-like feel.
