Assured Accuracy, LLCThis hall bath was the perfect spot to make a fun statement. The new bath features heated flooring, new chandelier, new soaking tub with tile surround and wallpaper. Because the homeowner is a bath lover, they opted to not install a shower here, but instead use the space to create a fun, spa-like feel.
Boerne Kitchens and BathsThis 1930's vintage bathroom was converted back to a vintage bathroom after an unfortunate remodel in the 1960s. The custom made hex tile floor and shower floor brought back that 1930's look. 3 X 12 subway tiles for the walls brought it more up to date. Burnished Gold fixtures from Kohler and a Toto Toilet make it very 2020. Sconces provide lighting for the mirror. The vanity was custom built and the top was a cast iron Kohler top with integrated sink.
Studio Z ArchitectureWe removed an unused soaking tub to provide space for a sit-down makeup area and additional storage. The existing windows above the makeup area provide lots of daylight. The paint is Benjamin Moore gossamer blue 2123-40.
Gather and Spruce Design RemodelHaving a shower and bath combo in the primary was a must for this couple with 3 small children under 5. They needed a place for baths as well as a shower for themselves. They used a japanese tub that was self filling via the jets combined with a shower that had both hand held and fixed heads.
