Renovation SellsThe owners of Grand enlisted the Renovation Sells team to gut their entire 3,000 square foot River North townhouse in preparation for a sale in one year. Renovation Sells redesigned the first floor to create a bright open concept kitchen, dining and living area. The new kitchen layout caters to entertaining. We created fresh yet warm spaces throughout, including a unique design for three separate baths. Patterned tiles stole the show from the first floor powder room, continuing up into the playful guest bathroom and into the sophisticated master bath. The renovation was tied together by using wood and warm tones throughout. Our guess is the owners won’t want to leave!

Однокомнатная квартира в центре Екатеринбурга площадью 50 квадратных метров от бюро MILLIMETRIKA.
Планировка выстроена таким образом, что в однокомнатной квартире уместились комфортная зона кухни, гостиная и спальня с гардеробом.
Пространство квартиры сформировано 2-мя сопрягающимися через стекло кубами. В первом кубе размещена спальня и гардероб. Второй куб в шпоне американского ореха. Одна из его стен образует объем с кухонным оборудованием, другая, обращённая к дивану, служит экраном для телевизора. За стеклом, соединяющим эти кубы, располагается санузел, который инсолируется естественным светом.
За счет опуска куба спальни, стеклянной перегородки санузла и атмосферного освещения удалось добиться эффекта единого «неба» над всей квартирой. Отделка пола керамогранитом под каррарский мрамор в холле перетекает в санузел, а затем на кухню. Эти решения создают целостный неделимый облик всех функциональных зон интерьера.
Пространство несет в себе образ состояния уральской осенней природы. Скалы, осенний лес, стаи улетающих птиц. Все это запечатлено в деталях и отделочных материалах интерьера квартиры.
Строительные работы заняли примерно полгода. Была произведена реконструкция квартиры с полной перепланировкой. Интерьер выдержан в авторской стилистике бюро Миллиметрика. Это отразилось на выборе материалов — все они подобраны в соответствии с образом решением. Сложные оттенки пожухшей листвы, припыленных скал, каррарский мрамор, древесина ореха. Птицы в полете, широко раскинувшие крылья над обеденной и тв зоной вот-вот улетят на юг, это серия светильников Night birds, "ночные птицы" дизайнера Бориса Климека. Композиция на стене напротив острова кухни из светящихся колец выполнена индивидуально по авторскому эскизу.
Interior Analysis by Allan SkriloffThe arch around shower entry is an antique hand carved Moroccan wood. The shower and floor is blue and white Moroccan tile and a Moroccan hanging fixture.
Otta DesignA loo was created under the stairs. The walls, ceilings and woodwork are all painted in an eggshell finish to softly reflect the light.
SCF Architecture, LLCOur owners were looking to upgrade their master bedroom into a hotel-like oasis away from the world with a rustic "ski lodge" feel. The bathroom was gutted, we added some square footage from a closet next door and created a vaulted, spa-like bathroom space with a feature soaking tub. We connected the bedroom to the sitting space beyond to make sure both rooms were able to be used and work together. Added some beams to dress up the ceilings along with a new more modern soffit ceiling complete with an industrial style ceiling fan. The master bed will be positioned at the actual reclaimed barn-wood wall...The gas fireplace is see-through to the sitting area and ties the large space together with a warm accent. This wall is coated in a beautiful venetian plaster. Also included 2 walk-in closet spaces (being fitted with closet systems) and an exercise room.
