有限会社ミサオケンチクラボ外観は、黒いBOXの手前にと木の壁を配したような構成としています。
木製ドアを開けると広々とした玄関。
正面には坪庭、右側には大きなシュークロゼット。
リビングダイニングルームは、大開口で屋外デッキとつながっているため、実際よりも広く感じられます。
100㎡以下のコンパクトな空間ですが、廊下などの移動空間を省略することで、リビングダイニングが少しでも広くなるようプランニングしています。
屋外デッキは、高い塀で外部からの視線をカットすることでプライバシーを確保しているため、のんびりくつろぐことができます。
家の名前にもなった『COCKPIT』と呼ばれる操縦席のような部屋は、いったん入ると出たくなくなる、超コンパクト空間です。
リビングの一角に設けたスタディコーナー、コンパクトな家事動線などを工夫しました。

At only 39sf, the 3'x8' space houses the toilet and sink on opposite walls, with a 3'x4' alcove shower adjacent to the sink. The key to making a small space feel large is avoiding clutter, and increasing the feeling of height - so a floating vanity cabinet was selected, with a built-in medicine cabinet above. A wall-mounted storage cabinet was added over the toilet, with hooks for towels. The shower curtain at the shower is changed with the whims and design style of the homeowner, and allows for easy cleaning with a simple toss in the washing machine.

Diese werden exakt auf Wand Maß angefertigt. So bekam jeder Raum ein ganz besonderes einzigartiges Flair. Wir finden das Zusammenspiel aus fugenlosem Boden und italienischen Designtapeten, die man übrigens auch im direkten Nassbereich sprich Dusche einsetzen kann ist außergewöhnlich und absolut einzigartig. 株式会社REGARD（リガード）洗面室はタイルと木の温もりを活かした清潔感あふれる設計。2つの洗面ボウルが忙しい朝には重宝します。このスッキリとした空間を実現しているのが隠された収納。「主人はいちばん時間をかけて計画していました」と奥様。
株式会社kotori製作家具として洗面台を作成しました。カウンターは人工大理石製のカウンター・ボウル一体型で、幅が広く家族で同時に利用できます。下部収納も取り付け、一角には洗濯物を一時入れておくランドリーボックスも設けました。シンプルなデザインのミラーは内部がキャビネットになっており、小物類を収納することができます。
アルフレッシュ2帖の洗面室は、デザイン性＋機能性を重視しました。
洗面台は、アイカのスタイリッシュカウンター。
座って身支度できるよう、スツールに合わせて、洗面下に収納棚を造作。使わないときは、スツールを隠しておけます。
