Phase One DesignPhase One took this traditional style Columbia home to the next level, renovating the master bath and kitchen areas to reflect new trends as well as increasing the usage and flow of the kitchen area. Client requested a regal, white bathroom while updating the master shower specifically.
Home Run Remodeling & Construction, Inc.Demo all materials except for the tub. Replaced old water proofing with Schulter System water proofing. Large vanity area with custom mirrors & trim to match vanities. Removed walls for an open shower with 3 different types of tile. Finished with champagne bronze finishes on all plum products.
La Costa Cabinets & DesignA cramped and partitioned primary bathroom gets a facelift with an open concept based on neutral tones and natural textures. A warm bamboo floating vanity anchors the room, with large format porcelain tile covering the entire floor. A walk in shower glass panel mirrors a etched glass privacy panel for the commode. The tub is flanked my partial walls that act as a tub filler mount and bench. Niches in each space add function and style, blending seamlessly in with the tile. A large trough sink sits below an inset custom framed mirror.

Metropolis Drafting and Construction IncThis hallway bathroom is mostly used by the son of the family so you can see the clean lines and monochromatic colors selected for the job.
the once enclosed shower has been opened and enclosed with glass and the new wall mounted vanity is 60" wide but is only 18" deep to allow a bigger passage way to the end of the bathroom where the alcove tub and the toilet is located.
A once useless door to the outside at the end of the bathroom became a huge tall frosted glass window to allow a much needed natural light to penetrate the space but still allow privacy.
Alair Homes PlanoThe homeowners of this master suite wanted to modernize their space. It was their vision to combine their tub and shower into a wet-room. The final look was achieved by enlarging the shower, adding a long bench and floor to ceiling tile. Trendy tile flooring, lighting and countertops completed the look.
