ULAH Interiors + DesignWe took a tiny outdated bathroom and doubled the width of it by taking the unused dormers on both sides that were just dead space. We completely updated it with contrasting herringbone tile and gave it a modern masculine and timeless vibe. This bathroom features a custom solid walnut cabinet designed by Buck Wimberly.
Design Theory Interiors, LLCA modern powder room with bold decorative elements that are reminiscent of a homeowner's roots in India. A 36" gold butterfly mirror sits atop a bold wallpaper featuring wildlife and botanicals. The wallpaper is contrasted with a horizontal striped paper on 2 walls. Instead of centering a tiny mirror over the sink we used the whole wall, centering the mirror on the wall and flanking it with directional modern wall sconces.
New England Design & ConstructionThis Brookline remodel took a very compartmentalized floor plan with hallway, separate living room, dining room, kitchen, and 3-season porch, and transformed it into one open living space with cathedral ceilings and lots of light.

Beautifully laid in this walk in door less shower, this tile is the simple "theme" of this warm cream guest bath. We also love the pub style metal framed mirror and streamlined lighting that provide a focal accent to this bathroom.

Our clients were in the market for an upgrade from builder grade in their Glen Ellyn bathroom! They came to us requesting a more spa like experience and a designer’s eye to create a more refined space.
A large steam shower, bench and rain head replaced a dated corner bathtub. In addition, we added heated floors for those cool Chicago months and several storage niches and built-in cabinets to keep extra towels and toiletries out of sight. The use of circles in the tile, cabinetry and new window in the shower give this primary bath the character it was lacking, while lowering and modifying the unevenly vaulted ceiling created symmetry in the space. The end result is a large luxurious spa shower, more storage space and improvements to the overall comfort of the room. A nice upgrade from the existing builder grade space!
