Ameo ConceptInitialement configuré avec 4 chambres, deux salles de bain & un espace de vie relativement cloisonné, la disposition de cet appartement dans son état existant convenait plutôt bien aux nouveaux propriétaires.
Cependant, les espaces impartis de la chambre parentale, sa salle de bain ainsi que la cuisine ne présentaient pas les volumes souhaités, avec notamment un grand dégagement de presque 4m2 de surface perdue.
L’équipe d’Ameo Concept est donc intervenue sur plusieurs points : une optimisation complète de la suite parentale avec la création d’une grande salle d’eau attenante & d’un double dressing, le tout dissimulé derrière une porte « secrète » intégrée dans la bibliothèque du salon ; une ouverture partielle de la cuisine sur l’espace de vie, dont les agencements menuisés ont été réalisés sur mesure ; trois chambres enfants avec une identité propre pour chacune d’entre elles, une salle de bain fonctionnelle, un espace bureau compact et organisé sans oublier de nombreux rangements invisibles dans les circulations.
L’ensemble des matériaux utilisés pour cette rénovation ont été sélectionnés avec le plus grand soin : parquet en point de Hongrie, plans de travail & vasque en pierre naturelle, peintures Farrow & Ball et appareillages électriques en laiton Modelec, sans oublier la tapisserie sur mesure avec la réalisation, notamment, d’une tête de lit magistrale en tissu Pierre Frey dans la chambre parentale & l’intégration de papiers peints Ananbo.
Un projet haut de gamme où le souci du détail fut le maitre mot !
McCabe By Design LLCThe marble mosaic tile 'rug' defines the space between the two vanities. The floating shelves on either end of the tub do dual duty of providing a landing space for wine glasses as well as offering the homeowners a place for decorative self expression.

Mon Concept Habitation - LondonMCH a su donner une identité contemporaine au lieu, notamment via les jeux de couleurs noire et blanche, sans toutefois en renier l’héritage. Au sol, le parquet en point de Hongrie a été intégralement restauré tandis que des espaces de rangement sur mesure, laqués noir, ponctuent l’espace avec élégance. Une réalisation qui ne manque pas d’audace !
Lasley Brahaney Architecture + ConstructionAdjacent to the spectacular soaking tub is the custom-designed glass shower enclosure, framed by smoke-colored wall and floor tile. Oak flooring and cabinetry blend easily with the teak ceiling soffit details. Architecture and interior design by Pierre Hoppenot, Studio PHH Architects.
Custom Interiors Flmaster bath was in need of updating and repairs.
replaced walls with glass, made curbless, added a large niche, a teak fold down seat and grab bar for safety. Removed the corner green tub so we could change the footprint of the shower. Replaced the existing vanity with a floating vanity with lighting, again for safety. The vanity has no doors, it is custom made of all drawers. Upgraded the lighting to LED. Separate water closet contains a new bidet. This master bath not only has elegance but also function.
Lisa Stewart DesignTo cover the bench seat, we used a kilim rug from the homeowner’s collection. This added a much-needed punch of color and tied the bath in with the rest of their home. Using a rug to cover the bench was unconventional, but it’s a great example of the power of repurposing.
Bel Air ConstructionThis 25-year-old builder grade bathroom was due for a major upgrade in both function and design. The jetted tub was a useless space hog since it did not work and leaked. The size of the shower had been dictated by the preformed shower pan and not the desire of the homeowner. All materials and finishes were outdated.
The Bel Air Construction team designed a stunning transformation for this large master bath that includes improved use of the space, improved functionality, and a relaxing color scheme.
