Con questa soluzione, ci siamo posti l‘obbiettivo di rendere più accogliente e personale uno spazio che spesso viene un po’ trascurato rispetto ad altri ambienti della casa.
I colori chiari dei mattoncini e delle pareti, accostati al pavimento in gres effetto legno, danno sicuramente una sensazione di maggiore grandezza dell’ambiente.
Il contrasto con accessori neri e mattoncini bianchi, volutamente scelto, per creare dei contrasti che potessero mettere in risalto i dettagli.

Valentina FarassinoIl bagno lungo e molto stretto (solamente 108 cm) è stato completamente rivisto e ristudiato. Qui sono stati scelti il bianco e nero per creare un effetto scatola ed abbassare il soffitto che era davvero molto alto.Pavimento e rivestimento della doccia sono in gres che riprende il marmo Sahara Noir.
Lumar InteriorsWe first worked with these clients in their Toronto home. They recently moved to a new-build in Kleinburg. While their Toronto home was traditional in style and décor, they wanted a more transitional look for their new home. We selected a neutral colour palette of creams, soft grey/blues and added punches of bold colour through art, toss cushions and accessories. All furnishings were curated to suit this family’s lifestyle. They love to host and entertain large family gatherings so maximizing seating in all main spaces was a must. The kitchen table was custom-made to accommodate 12 people comfortably for lunch or dinner or friends dropping by for coffee.

ROOMARTS - INNEN⎪ARCHITEKTEN⎪INGENIEUREEin in die Jahre gekommenes Badezimmer eines Einfamilienhauses musste saniert und altersgerecht umgebaut werden. Trotz eines sehr niedrigen Bodenaufbaues ist es uns gelungen nachträglich in das fast 50 Jahre alte Haus zu integrieren; sehr zur Freude unsere Auftraggeber. Die alte Badewanne musste einer Dusche weichen welche barrierefrei durchaus auch mit einem Rollator und/ oder Rollstuhl nutzbar wäre. Aus unserer Feder stammt der komplette Entwurf für das neue Bad, inklusive Fliesenspiegel, wir begleiteten die Bauherren auch bei der Handwerkersuche und bei der Vergabe, waren jederzeit für die Fragen der Kunden und auch der Handwerker erreichbar und bei Bedarf auch vor Ort wenn es erforderlich war. Zudem haben wir die Badmöbel entworfen und die Materialien und Armaturen für die Bauherren ausgesucht.

Kristy Kropat Design GmbHA refresh for a Berlin Altbau bathroom. Our design features soft sage green wall tile laid in a straight set pattern with white and grey circle patterned floor tiles and accents. We closed off one door way to make this bathroom more spacious and give more privacy to the previously adjoining room. Even though all the plumbing locations stayed in the same place, this space went through a great transformation resulting in a relaxing and calm bathroom.
The modern fixtures include a “Dusch-WC” (shower toilet) from Tece that saves the space of installing both a toilet and a bidet and this model uses a hot water intake instead of an internal heater which is better for the budget and uses no electricity.
