The Best of Houzz 2024 award winners have been announced. Take a look at some of the winning designs
The 2024 Best of Houzz winners have just been announced and this year’s list is packed with inspiring and innovative designs. Each year, we look through thousands of photos that professionals have uploaded to Houzz to find the most popular images in the UK and Ireland. These projects make it into our annual Best of Houzz Design awards.
The winners are divided into categories covering different parts of the home and different regions. Here, we take a look at a selection of the overall winners, but to see the regional breakdowns and even more winners, you can find everything in one place here.

Best bedrooms
In contrast to the dark tones featured in the living room designs, the winning bedrooms generally had a lighter, more airy feel, with soft colour schemes and pared-back decor featuring in many of the winning designs, including this by CATO creative.
Wood panelling behind the bed was another trend that emerged in many of the winning designs, from natural wood cladding to more traditional painted panelling.

An uncluttered space with plenty of storage is clearly top of the wish list when it comes to hallways. Many of the winning designs featured clever storage solutions, such as this pull-out shoe cupboard by Margot Tsim Interiors.
