I like the use of the same window frames throughout, as doors to section off the kitchen from lounge area.
herringbone wide plank hardwood flooring. Love the way the wall of windows lines the kitchen alley
extra Long Island w/ dual use is VERY interesting and full glass wall. I like how the island meets the glass wall and the kitchen goes straight down.
Limestone/marbled tile for backsplash looks good w/ the white cabinets
