I really like this clay color. Not so sure about using it on spindles- maybe lower level walls?
Lights in posts- so much cooler than in the wall!

Brainstorming ways to strengthen railing, raise it and add wood tone. Add horizontal support w/ wood bands along bottom and under railing?
If we end up needing the stairs to turn a corner, this version is more of a gradual angle.
