Careful fellow Houzzers. This staircase may not meet all local building codes. In my town the space between balusters must have less space in order to make the stair child safe and structurally stable.

Paneling and stair rails similar to mine. I'd rather have a traditional Persian rug runner but the paneling along the walls is very nice.
