Cabinet color I like face frame cabinets like these with color muted color, not as pretty as white, but less maintenance. White is beautiful but shows all marks, scratch, and defects easily.

Chandeliers above island Open basket type fixtures throw off light in neat ways it will cast shadows in room, very cool.

this is good also look into possibly upper cabinets with spice rack in same orientation, lots of buyers like it. Also look into trash cans that go inside base cabinets nice touch and easily concealable.

Organization for small pantry love this idea.

Cabinet inserts. Try to keep as many upper cabinets from connecting with countertop, you will use countertop way more than storage

Love everything about this. Possibly look into pot faucet over range very handy and easy upgrade to put in, if no focal point in back splash

Possible alternative to white cabinets? 2 colors in kitchens is very "in" right now. stay with natural tones that compliment countertops. again love open basket fixtures light is very cool.

Love the combination of dark floors and light countertop. Also like the backsplash. I would use caution, if you use dark non- reclaimed material. The darker the finish the more dirt/ debris shows up and "BO" scratches. I recommend a lighter finish on new material with a low sheen for pets.
