Organization ideas. Desk in the kitchen?
Seems like a lot of our same ideas and desires. And some good solutions.
Lots of windows. Wondering how we have an island AND a lot of seating space. That wall's got to go...
Gonna have to do this.
Soapstone, apron sink. Don't like the stainless hood.

Redesign is the key. like the cabinets, too, and that sink! Great point about the sink breaking up the counter run.
We want to plan the space. Can't get buy-in on that.
Sounds like an Interior Designer or Kitchen Designer, not an architect.
This is exactly what we want to do.
Things to think about.
Liked a lot of things here. Stove set-up, dining corner, appliance finishes, island, counters.
Great detail.
Like the peninsula over island lately. Could see this in the family room, with the circuit box right there at the end.
Like the island, like the organization, like the way it honors the missing mother.
Layout is good. Use of reclaimed wood. Bold color on appliances. Seating. We want the kitchen as living space. This approaches that.
Some good ideas, some not so good.
Love the layout, love the dark blue, love the baking station.
Need to think hard about this.
