Burlingame Eichler Rebuild

The architect was approached by a couple (for whom the architect had designed two homes previous) to help them remodel a 1960's Eichler home, located in Burlingame. The previous owners had remodeled the home to the point of abuse and the new owners decide to do a full remodeling and upgrade to the house.

The entire front elevation was remodeled to be similar to previous Eichler and to fit into the Eichler neighborhood. However, the remodeling updates the Eichler look. Let's just say that this Eichler is Eichler v. 2.0
