Hi Kristine, I think we are looking at 'Cistus' for the yellow and white flower, 'Perovskia - Blue Spire' (yet to flower) for the tall green-spikey perennial behind the Cistus and 'Salvia caradonna' for the purple spires. I hope that helps. :-)
Hi Kristine, Forest Eyes is correct! The Cistus is 'Jenkyn Place' and there is also Nepeta faasenii, Sisyrinchium striatum and white Alliums in the border too.
