Best to install the wood floor first. Make sure it is square and the size fits a predetermined tile pattern. You have some wiggle room with the tile by adjusting the grout joints slightly. You could install an electric radiant floor warm up system under the tile if you live in a cold climate. They use less energy than you might think and you feel warmer even if you lower the room temperature for an overall savings.
