Wall panelling advice

How easy is it to DIY wall panelling , does anyone know of any good instruction videos that i can follow .Is it just a ply wood or something else , want to make wall behind my bed more interesting .

I fitted slat wall panels myself in my hallway. It's not difficult if you have the right tools. Mine needed trimming, and I fixed to the wall using wallplugs and screws. I also fitted mdf panels to my dressing room walls using adhesive.
