Shower Wall Tile

Hello! I was just wondering if you wrap the entire shower with the terrazzo half wall or if you only keep it against the vanity wall in the shower. If only the vanity wall, do you have the white tile on the other two?

Got the bath for free. Builder literally moved the wall frame to accommodate it. Concerned it looks ridiculous as its a tight squeeze so any ideas of what I can do to make this bath look ok in the room. I'm going to paint the tub a different colour. hi, I am using the henley fog floor tiles on my bathroom floor, the unit is a roper rodes combined vanity and wc in pebble grey.
