Nicole - uneven entry way

This is open entry from hall to new kitchen. This wall on the right structurally needs to stay. Will look a bit silly only having on one side of the entry. Any ideas? It's too narrow as it is so cant add similar to the left. Thanks

    By the time everything is plastered and painted it will look fine. It just looks odd part way through the process!
